Guided Wellness Walking Workshops
Getting out into nature is a great way to clear the mind and meditate on what you want to achieve. Austin has hundreds of miles of hiking trails that are the perfect get-away from your daily stresses. MegaWell provides free guided hikes once a week on Thursday mornings and once a month on Saturday mornings. During these walks we will discuss a variety of wellness topics. Recipes
Here are a few recipes that I turn to on a regular basis. They are healthy, quick to fix and made up of ingredients that I may well have on hand in my pantry or fridge. I view recipes as more of a guideline than a strict roadmap. (I’m not much of a baker.) Use these recipes with that in mind- swap out veggies, add extra protein, make it vegetarian or add meat/fish to a vegetarian recipe. Embrace your culinary creativity and make it your own.
